Criminal law experience ranges from misdemeanors to serious non-capital felonies at both trial and appellate levels. Civil law experience spans virtually all areas of private litigation, including bankruptcy, contract, domestic relations, employment law, personal and industrial injury, social security, wrongful death, real property and securities fraud. Has personally tried numerous jury and non-jury cases to verdict or decision in both California state and federal district courts as well as various governmental administrative agencies, and argued appeals before the California Courts of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
